ORDER & SHIPPING INFORMATION
**COVID 19 UPDATE**
There may be shipping delays due to the current Covid-19 crisis. We are processing orders in a manner that ensures safety for all parties involved. Please note, that shipping companies are also experiencing delays, including USPS, our
primary shipping entity. We appreciate your patience as we all maneuver through these uncertain times.
- Orders are processed within 3-7 business days. Orders placed on weekends/holidays will be processed the next business day.
- Please allow additional time for large releases. Due to order volume, additional time may be needed.
- Orders cannot be changed or cancelled once completed.
- All inventory on the website is real time.
SHIPPING
- In-Stock items are shipped immediately after the order is processed.
- Pre-order items or Items with listed shipping dates are shipped according to the date provided on the product page. The delivery period listed is as accurate as possible, but there are occasions where items arrive early or are delayed. You will receive a follow up email when the item is in stock and being prepared for shipment. Don’t hesitate to contact us to get an update.
- All orders will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail.
- Please allow 2-3 business days for receipt. Allow additional time for holidays & busy mail periods.
- You will receive a shipping confirmation email or SMS message, including a tracking number. Feel free to track your package through the email or USPS.com.
LOCAL SCHEDULED PICK-UPS (CURRENTLY UNAVAILABLE)
- Scheduled pick-ups are only available for completed orders for items in stock.
- Once your order has been processed, CurvBella will contact you via email to schedule your pick-up from Chicago’s Merchandise Mart.
- All pickups will be scheduled during normal business hours, Mondays – Fridays.
- If you fail to pick up your order as scheduled, the order will be mailed to the shipping address listed in your order within 24 hours.
- Pick-up service is not available for returns.
